• Industrial Hard Chroming: We apply a dense layer of industrial hard chrome to provide exceptional surface hardness, superior wear resistance, and excellent protection against corrosion. Our extensive chroming baths can accommodate shafts and components up to 14 meters long, ensuring we can handle even the largest and longest jobs.

• Precision Grinding & Polishing: Achieving the perfect surface finish and exact dimensional tolerances is critical. Our skilled technicians utilize advanced grinding and polishing equipment, including the capability to polish shafts up to 14 meters between centres, resulting in a mirror-like finish that reduces friction and extends seal life.

• Centreless Grinding & Polishing: For components that cannot be supported between centres, we offer specialized centreless grinding and polishing. This process ensures uniform roundness and a high-quality finish along the entire length of the workpiece.

• Chrome Stripping for Repairs: As part of our comprehensive repair services, we can safely strip old or damaged chrome from shafts and components. This essential first step allows for proper inspection and repair before a new layer of hard chrome is applied, restoring the part to its original specifications.

We are able to straighten shafts up to OD:200mm & up to 12m long. Our press capacity is 160 Ton. With our straitening reelers we can straighten shafts up to OD:120
